You agree that you do not work in social media or the digital marketing niche and are not a business competitor for our services or company.
All our training, coaching and workshops are copyrighted /proprietary.
You agree to confidentiality and that you will not to share the training, matierals, coaching or advice with others.
You are 18 yrs old or older.
You do not have a physical or mental impairment that would preclude you from safely paticipating with our products or services.
Billing and Cancellation Terms: Sent via Email & require your signature prior to your apt.
Delivered: Delivered virtually online.
Fees:
The fee for the coaching sessions will be charged at $299.00 per hour in advance of any scheduled sessions. The fee is payable online through the website, cart, PayPal invoice or a payment can be made in person or over the phone via credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients maintain the right to cancelation or rescheduling of appointments without charge so long as it is done 5 days or more prior to an appt. However, any cancelation less than 5 days prior to scheduled appt. will result in a $25 cancelation fee per each hour that was scheduled to take place. For example: 3 hours scheduled for a coaching or consulting session on 4/10/17 canceled the day before the appt. would result in an invoice fee of $75 even though no services were provided.

Our Membership Agreement also applies.
We have the right to refuse service or cancel your apt at any time without offering a refund.
We do not guarantee the techniques, suggestions, tips, ideas or strategies we teach or discuss / demonstrate will be successful. Examples we have given are best case scenario but not typical. Success and earnings depend on many contingent factors outside of our control. We are not medical professionals, nor financial experts. Please do extra research to make sure any product or service is the right fit for you or your family prior to purchasing or using it. We shall have no liability or responsibility to anyone with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the information provided by us.
